We are seeking dedicated and friendly Public Area Attendants to ensure the cleanliness and organization of all public spaces within the hotel and spa. Your role will be essential in maintaining our high standards of service and sustainability. Job Description: As a Public Area Attendant at Cascada Thermal Springs + Hotel, you will be responsible for the cleanliness and presentation of all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, and fitness facilities. Your tasks will include cleaning, organizing, sanitizing, and restocking supplies to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Key Responsibilities: • Clean and maintain public areas according to hotel + spa standards, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and sanitizing surfaces throughout., • Ensure restrooms and common areas are stocked with necessary supplies and well-presented., • Report maintenance issues and special requests from guests promptly., • Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper handling of cleaning agents and equipment., • Collaborate with departments throughout the property to ensure adequate supplies where necessary., • High school diploma or equivalent., • Previous experience in a guest facing housekeeping or a related role preferred, ideally within the hospitality industry., • Ability to effectively communicate with our guests in English., • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills., • Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment., • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays., • Competitive wages and opportunities for career advancement within our growing organization.
