Visit us here to learn more about Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects THE WORK: • You'll collaborate with land use, planning, and development experts to streamline the end-to-end development process., • You'll work across multiple teams and departments to eliminate gaps and ensure cohesive project execution., • You'll lead cross-functional coordination during the review, due diligence, design, and permitting phases of data center projects., • You'll establish and manage delivery teams tailored to the specific needs of each development project., • You'll bring commercial and practical experience to overcome complex land development challenges., • You'll ensure development timelines are met to support the timely construction of critical infrastructure., • You'll identify risks and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on track and within budget., • You'll implement and enforce efficient development practices to achieve organizational business targets., • You'll act as a central point of accountability for development-phase milestones across multiple projects., • You'll communicate progress and challenges effectively to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams., • Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships., • With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:, • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Planning, or related field, • Minimum of 7 years direct experience in Land Development or consulting work in Land Development, • Minimum of 7 years experience in project management, working on projects engaging directly with municipalities, AHJs, and utility districts to drive appropriate resolutions to development, • Minimum of 7 years of combined working experience in the land development, design, permitting, and construction industrie. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:, • Direct data center development experience, • Experience in working through zoning, land use, and permitting in multiple markets
