Responsibilities/Duties: Support the development of the bookkeeping teams skills through regular training and ongoing professional development Address multiple clients inquiries as needs arise, including assistance with QuickBooks Perform bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, bank reconciliations and payroll for multiple clients in an accurate and timely manner Manage TPT and quarterly tax returns, including the preparation and submittal for clients in an accurate and timely manner Conduct financial statement analysis for multiple clients on a regular basis Assist with tax season by providing data entry and meeting urgent documentation needs Participate in the annual 1099 process Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company and client information Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
