The Peer Navigator will work as a fully integrated team member providing peer recovery support to individuals in outpatient, residential, and community settings. The Peer Navigator will also serve as a role model, mentor, advocate, and motivator for individuals in recovery, their family members, friends, and allies to support long-term recovery. POSITION OVERVIEW Under supervision of the Nurse Supervisor/Manager (RN) and with the collaboration of the Program Director, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for the safe and efficient dispensing of methadone medication doses to clients, consistent with the clinic procedures, and performing nursing assessments and functions within their scope of practice. The LPN will coordinate the implementation of medication dispensing in the integrated outpatient program (CDOP/OTP) for clients, which can include various assisted treatment medications such as methadone, buprenorphine, and naltrexone, and naloxone, and other medications in the OTP dispensing unit. The LPN will be required to collaborate with members of the behavioral health, medical team and other leadership in the development, management, and operations of the OTP and will operate under the organization’s philosophy, standards of practice and policy. Role Summary The Senior Social Worker leads and supervises the social services department at Freedom Village, a permanent supportive housing program serving survivors of domestic violence, individuals with disabilities, frail elderly adults, and families exiting homelessness. This role provides advanced clinical support and direct trauma-informed services to tenants with complex needs. The Senior Social Worker offers clinical supervision to staff and interns and plays a key role in the coordination and delivery of supportive services across the program. This position ensures the provision of high-quality, tenant-centered care that promotes housing stability, emotional well-being, and independence through a harm reduction, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach. The Certified Recovery Peer Advocate’s role is to support others in recovery from a substance use disorder. The Mobile Crisis Outreach Response program (MCORT) responds 24 hours a day, seven days a week, every day of the year, to nonlife-threatening mental health, substance use or suicidal crises in the community. The Manager of Peer Recovery Support Services also functions as the Patient Navigator / Trainer within the OORP program. Job Duties 1. Embodies Eva’s Village’s core values, voice, and tone to provide an exceptional and effective experience for our clients, funders, employees, and volunteers., 2. Oversee, supervise, and monitor the daily operations of the RCC and OORP program, services, and staff., 3. Collaborates with the Senior and Associate Peer Services Coordinators to develop and coordinate activities and services within the Recovery Community Center, ensuring alignment with related programs, departments, and staff to maximize efficiency and maintain compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and standards., 4. Shall attend any training and/or meetings in person or via conference call that are scheduled by DMHAS to support the delivery, sustainability, and effectiveness of OORP services., 5.
