Job Description About Us Polished and Decorative Concrete (PDC) is a premier, fast-growing flooring company with over 15 years of industry excellence. Your daily duties will include: • Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate planetary concrete grinders, polishers, high-speed burnishers, and HEPA dust-extraction vacuums., • Surface Preparation: Perform coating removal, crack/joint repair, patching, and precision edge work., • Finishing & Artistry: Apply densifiers, protective sealers, stains, and custom decorative finishes., • Project Support: Collaborate with crew leaders to ensure projects are completed safely, correctly, and on schedule., • Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant job site., • Logistics: Assist with loading, unloading, and maintaining company equipment, materials, and trailers. For team assignments, compensation is divided according to the agreed arrangement. For example, two cleaners completing an $80 turnover would receive $40 each under an equal split. Individual compensation and cleaning requirements are confirmed before accepting an assignment. Additional compensation may be available for approved deep cleaning, excessive messes, specialty cleaning, or other services outside the standard turnover scope. Scheduling & Availability Most cleaning assignments take place between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM, depending on guest checkout and arrival schedules. Our vacation rentals operate seven days a week, including weekends and holidays. Applicants must have weekend and holiday availability when needed, as these are essential periods for our cleaning operations. Contractors may review available assignments before accepting them.
