If you're a licensed producer who's tired of explaining rate hikes instead of writing new business, this is the seat for you. About the Role We're hiring an Insurance Sales Producer for our Fort Lee office to write personal lines business auto, home, umbrella, and bundled packages for our growing New Jersey book. This is a full-time, in-office role at 897 Palisade Ave. This is a real producer seat built around outbound activity. We provide fresh leads, you make the calls. Your day is quoting, closing, and account rounding not waiting for the phone to ring. We give you the leads, the training, and the carrier support. You bring the license, the experience, and the willingness to dial. This role is not a call-center script job, and it's not a service seat with a sales title attached. You'll own your pipeline, manage your book, and get compensated based on what you write. Compensation • Competitive base salary, • Health benefits, • Paid time off, • Paid continuing education and license renewal support, • Commission structure discussed on the phone screen Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Responsibilities What You'll Be Doing • Writing new personal lines business by working fresh outbound leads daily, • Making consistent outbound calls to prospects from our lead sources, • Quoting and closing auto, home, umbrella, and bundled policies, • Account rounding with existing clients to deepen household relationships, • Managing your own pipeline and book of business, • Working within Allstate's carrier systems and underwriting guidelines, • Maintaining accurate documentation in our agency management system, • Hitting daily/weekly/monthly production & key performance activity goals Requirements What We're Looking For • Active New Jersey Property & Casualty license (required), • Minimum 2 years of insurance sales experience at an agency or carrier, • Proven track record of writing new business not just servicing existing accounts, • Comfortable completing quality conversations, quotes and sales as per goals daily, • Strong phone presence and closing instinct, • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented in an office environment, • Comfortable with Allstate or willing to ramp quickly on the carrier, • Life & Health license a plus, • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus What We Don't Want • Career service reps looking to "try sales", • Producers with 6-month tenures at 4 different agencies, • Producers who only want inbound and won't pick follow the key activity daily process, • Anyone uncomfortable with being measured on production About The Carballo Agencies We're an established Allstate agency at 897 Palisade Ave in Fort Lee, serving Bergen County families with auto, home, and personal lines coverage.
