Our people are at the heart of our success. We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to define and own the future of e-commerce for The Knot Worldwide. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role focused on the cart and payments platform that powers our entire business. You will be the single-threaded owner responsible for the multi-year strategy, product performance, and user experience of a platform that processes millions of transactions across complex, mixed-cart scenarios. We're looking for a product-led entrepreneur who thrives at the intersection of large-scale retail technology and complex financial systems. You will report to the Senior Director of Product and lead a dedicated squad of exceptional design, data, and engineering partners with deep retail expertise. Responsibilities: • Drive outcome-focused execution - what matters most is how the product impacts our customers and our business., • Define the strategic vision and multi-year roadmap for the TKWW checkout and cart experience, creating a seamless, trustworthy, and high-converting funnel for both couples and their guests., • Own the product lifecycle for our universal cart, optimizing for complex, mixed-cart scenarios (e.g., third-party registry items, cash funds, honeymoon contributions, and physical products)., • Champion a world-class guest experience, deeply understanding the user psychology of "gifting" to reduce friction, build trust, and drive measurable improvements., • Partner with design and user research to prototype, test, and launch new checkout experiences., • Lead the company's core payments strategy, managing the full stack from payment processing and gateway relationships to fraud prevention and cost optimization., • Drive the roadmap for payment method expansion, evaluating and integrating digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) solutions., • Own the key business metrics for payments and implement strategies to improve them continuously., • Serve as the principal product liaison with Finance, Legal, and Security to ensure ironclad compliance., • Act as the company's foremost subject matter expert for all e-commerce transactions, payments, and compliance, guiding executive stakeholders and engineering architects on technical and strategic decisions., • Lead and mentor a pod of engineers and analysts, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making, rapid experimentation, and customer obsession., • 7+ years in product management, with a track record of driving complex, high-impact initiatives, • Deep expertise in e-commerce with a focus on cart, checkout, and payment systems., • A well-developed point of view on how to best serve users in cash gifting scenarios., • The ability to set strategic direction and help ideate and launch new products and experiences, • The ability to refer to quantitative and qualitative data in making product decisions and have experience with analytics and research tools + methods and comfort with analytical tools, • A track record of creating quality consumer experiences that solve real user needs and drive business growth, • The skills to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with your partners and executives, • Keen aesthetics and empathy, and a user-centered mentality What we love about you: • Commit to our customers: You act as one team on behalf of our customers.
