JOB DESCRIPTION The Interior Systems Carpenter is responsible for the layout, assembly, installation, and finishing of interior construction systems including walls, ceilings, partitions, and related components. The Claremont McKenna College (CMC) Public Safety Department takes the lead on all issues relating to safety and security at CMC. This position will be permanently assigned to Claremont McKenna College, responsible as a consummate professional, to ensure and promote a safe, secure and service-oriented environment for students, faculty, staff, alumni and visitors to the college, consistent and compliant with all current federal, state and local regulations, to include CMC and Allied Universal standards, policies and procedures. Job DescriptionDescription: If you have ecommerce digital creative experience and are self-disciplined, enthusiastic and excited about optimizing graphic content this is the position for you! This position mostly entails digital content creation with some packaging design creation. Under the direction of Creative or Brand Managers, the Graphic Designer is responsible for the design of digital assets for various brands for the company ecommerce platforms, maintaining brand consistency. The role also assists with email and social media content. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Visualizes, creates, and produces digital marketing assets, including but not limited to landing pages, website banners, emails, social media graphics & video, video edits, motion graphics, and other digital marketing collateral., • May also assist with designing packaging content., • Ensures all digital creative adheres to company brand guidelines, supports digital marketing and e-commerce objectives, and ensures branding is consistent across all digital channels, including email, social media, and video content., • Manages multiple projects, prioritizing tasks to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality assets., • Works closely with cross-functional teams to support the execution of digital marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotions., • Creates compelling digital content using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, Klaviyo, and other design-related software., • Designs impactful email marketing campaigns, engaging social media graphics, and dynamic video content that aligns with brand identity., • Participates in creating and revising web banners and digital images for platforms like Shopify and various online marketplaces., • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia/Digital Design, Web Design, Graphic Design, or related field., • 3-5 years of professional graphic design, interactive design, and/or digital design experience., • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign & After Effects)., • Knowledge of Figma, Klaviyo, Monday.com, and Teams (preferred)., • Thorough understanding of digital and social media platform delivery requirements., • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal., • Exceptional problem-solving, attention to detail, and time management skills., • Ability to adapt well to changing digital design trends and technologies, • Exceptional understanding and application of design fundamentals, notably typography, color, layout, and composition., • Creative thinker exhibiting a range of varied styles and techniques., • Experience with e-commerce platforms., • Ability to collaborate within a team and cross-functional departments, receiving and understanding feedback from stakeholders to achieve optimal results., • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of each project., • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment., • Company Paid Health, Dental & Vision coverage for Employee coverage, • Company Paid Basic Life Insurance, • Paid Vacation & Ca Paid Sick Leave, • 7 paid Holidays annually, • 401(k) with Employer Non-Elective Contribution
