This role plays a critical part in supporting daily operations and ensuring a welcoming environment for customers and employees. Key Responsibilities: General Cleaning Duties: • Sweep, mop, and vacuum dealership floors., • Dust furniture, surfaces, and equipment., • Clean and sanitize restrooms; restock supplies., • Empty trash cans and recycling bins regularly., • Clean and sanitize technician stalls, removing grease, oil, and automotive fluids., • Ensure safe and organized work environments for technicians., • Sweep and clean service drive areas, parking lots, and entrances., • Remove litter and debris from sidewalks and dealership exteriors., • Operate floor cleaning and maintenance equipment., • Perform minor repairs, including changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and fixing fixtures., • Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies; notify management when supplies need replenishment., • Assist with setup and teardown for special events or promotions., • Conduct touch-up painting and drywall repairs., • Adhere to company safety protocols and health regulations., • Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials., • Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and techniques., • Attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards., • Reliability, punctuality, and ability to complete tasks on time., • Basic mechanical and maintenance skills.
