The goal is to canvas, solicit and generate leads from discount chain stores, large and small wholesalers as well as regional wholesalers. Salary and benefits: The primary location of the B-to-B Sales Representative will be in the New York Fragrance Inc.'s main office, with potential field work to attend business networking events, trade shows and meet with existing customers base, as well as soliciting new business in their setting. Trade shows are primarily held in New York, Las Vegas, Florida, overseas, and other locations. Base salary of $20,000 to $25,000 annually with commission potential exceeding $80,000 to $180,000 annually. Two weeks paid vacation and 5 sick days. Travel expenses associated with attending shows will be covered by New York Fragrance Inc.; time spent by sales personnel at the shows will be compensated on a normal basis. New team members will be evaluated every 3 months; individuals will also receive increased salary incentive based on performance.
