Job DescriptionSummary The General Manager is responsible for the safe and efficient management, operation, maintenance, and financial performance of the FBO Vertiport facility and services. They serve as direct liaison with the managing entity of home airport and is responsible for compliance with all rules, regulations, and policies issued by Airport Management, the Federal Aviation Administration, and other pertinent authorities. They are responsible for all aspects of the FBO including proper delivery of services, condition of physical plant, staffing, equipment, and maintenance of same. Website General Duties • Supervise and facilitate performance of the Operations Manager and other direct reports., • Ensure that operations are in continuous compliance with all Company policies and procedures and conducted in accordance with company, local, state, and federal requirements., • Foster a work culture based on Atlantic values with an emphasis on safety., • Together with the Business Development regional Head, continually seek, evaluate, and execute opportunities to improve the site’s financial performance., • Serve as the primary liaison between local and corporate staff., • Representation of Atlantic Aviation in a professional and positive manner., • Continuous application and reinforcement of the principles of the “Atlantic Attitude”, • Interaction with customers, vendors, and Atlantic Aviation employees in a professional and courteous manner., • Communication of work progress and significant issues with the Regional Manager or other appropriate corporate representative., • Adapt to evolving expectations and engage with new tools and methodologies to improve operational management and personal performance., • Accountable for the adherence to Atlantic standards and SOPs by all site staff., • Coordinate with Business Development regional Head on championing the regional strategy of engagement and education on Advance Air Mobility. With the BD regional Head, continue to represent VertiPorts by Atlantic within the local and regional community as a leader in delivering a network of AAM infrastructure.ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking self-motivated, safe, positive, enthusiastic, goal-oriented individuals for an immediate opening as a FBO (Fixed Based Operation) General Manager. The General Manager is responsible for customer satisfaction, safety, efficient management and operation, maintenance and financial performance of the FBO facility and services. He/She is responsible for compliance with all rules, regulations, and policies as issued by local, state, and federal authorities. Previous FBO/Aviation management experience is a must. Essential duties and responsibilities include (but not limited to): Operations: • Inventory Management to include fuel operations, quality control & record keeping, and environmental compliance, • Adhere to standards pertaining to the maintenance and upkeep of the FBO ramp, facilities and equipment to the best of your ability., • Maintain ATA 103 Requirements, • Manage both centralized and local vendor agreements as well as Use and Occupancy Agreements, Tenant Leases, OFAC & other compliance related responsibilities, • Approve & monitor contracts with Third Party Service Providers such as Hotels, Caterers, Taxi, Limo and Rental Car, • Monitor traffic on ramp and assist when needed. This may require working in shift periodically., • Monitor Airport Master Leases and Minimum Standards to ensure compliance, track renewals, capital requirements, etc.Safety and Training:, • Function as the Safety Officer of the base, ensuring compliance to Safety Culture, Audits, Annual Inspections, Recurrent Training, and SOP compliance., • Conduct regular Safety Briefings to ensure constant engagement with safety and awareness, • Ensure the Safety of all Employees, Customers and Property, • Develop and oversee local safety team for quality assurance inspections, safety hazards and infractions., • Maintain readiness to handle emergencies including Airport Emergency Procedures and providing medical aid as required., • Administration of the Tow Certification Program as well as ACE Line TrainingBusiness Development and Customer Relations, • Together with the Business Development regional Head, create initiatives to improve revenue sources and participate in regional and corporate marketing efforts., • Assist Business Development Regional Head with customer segmentation and the identification of new customer prospects, • Frequently interact with customers to measure customer satisfaction levels. Use customer feedback to continually develop and improve procedures and increase customer loyalty., • Together with Business Development regional Head, maintain existing business and developing new business by monitoring margins, negotiating fuel and/or hangar agreements and problem resolution with customer base., • Provide absolute, seamless Customer Service to develop and maintain productive customer relationships and foster brand loyalty., • Cultivate, develop, and foster positive relationships with the Airport Authority, local municipalities and aviation community, • Monitor customer contracts for compliance, rate adjustments, renewals, etc.Financial:, • Monitor and control labor costs, staff scheduling and employee turnover rates, • Support Accounting by managing Accounts Payables, Receivables, Recurring Invoices, Collections and Procurement., • Supervise local and corporate inventory reconciliation procedures to ensure accuracy and timely completion, • Daily monitoring of customer activity, • Prepare annual operating budget with a thorough understanding of goals and objectives and seek assistance if needed., • Prepare Authorization for Expenditures (AFE’s) for capital improvements and/or emergency repairs, • Analyze and report on monthly financial performance and monitor year-over-year trends to identify potential issues or opportunities, • Monitor market share, capture rates, average uplift, margin, and other KPI’s as assigned., • Adjust prices, service fees and other income segments in accordance with corporate initiatives guidance., • Responsible for submission of Payroll and Timekeeping, • Communicate with Regional Controller and the corporate office on status of the base’s financial position and seek assistance where needed.Employee Management, • Ensure effective hiring practices to identify qualified candidates, retain key talent and maintain a stable workforce to meet the demanding needs of the operation., • Mentor, guide, coach, evaluate, and discipline staff in partnership with corporate Human Resources and in accordance with policies and procedures., • Train and develop employees to succeed within Atlantic’s culture, improve work performance, and maximize employee potential while developing bench strength for future staff promotions and advancement., • Ensure employees receive company communications and necessary training including safety, customer service standards, company culture, etc., • Organize and execute formal and informal team building and employee recognition programs in conjunction with corporate initiatives., • Partner with corporate Human Resources in company-wide programs to include drug testing, workers comp, OSHA, Affirmative Action, training, performance reviews, etc., • Participate in required and recurrent HR training., • Utilize corporate Human Resources to assist when needed or required. Position Overview Trinity Medical Solutions is a 24/7/365 operation providing critical services to the organ donation and transplantation community. The Hub Regional Manager is responsible for leading and supervising ground transportation operations at the regional level. This role combines leadership, operational oversight, and customer service, ensuring safe, compliant, and on-time transportation services. The Hub Regional Manager will oversee drivers, fleet operations, and day-to-day logistics while partnering with Trinity leadership to support growth, performance, and service excellence. II. The Position We are seeking Process Operators (level I, II, & III) to join our team. These roles will report to our Senior Plant Manager or Pilot Plant Manager. Process Operators will support the Operations team at AIRCO's Innovation Center and AIRCO's Air Factory, based in Brooklyn, NY. What you get to do Operation and Maintenance: • Safely start-up, operate, monitor and shut-down process equipment including fixed bed flow reactors and auxiliary reactor systems at lab, pilot and production scales., • Operate tertiary electrolyzer and compressor systems for H₂ production., • Adjust, test, and operate pumps, valves, controls and other components of systems., • Monitor, record, and interpret process parameters and deviations as required on Honeywell Experion software., • Respond quickly to short-term business priorities and technology decision points by executing quick fabrication and set-up for various research test systems., • Follow and contribute to safe work processes and safe operating procedures (SOPs)., • Obtain data exports and perform various calculations as required., • Maintain accurate and detailed logbooks of operational activities., • In coordination with managers, troubleshooting and light repair of process equipment as well as coordinating with third party contractors where required., • Assist with system upgrades and improvements., • Assist with scaling up of AIRCO's reactor technology., • Flexible to work 12-hr day and night shifts to maintain a 24/7 continuous operational cycle., • Ability to work in potentially loud environments/different physical environments, • Must be able to move about in the processing areas and be able to do the following: lift and carry 50 pounds, stand and walk for sustained periods; climb stairs and ladders; bend; reach; push; pull., • HS diploma and/or industry specific training/experience required, • Veterans and candidates with 2-yr technology certificates or degrees are encouraged to apply, • Experience operating chemical reaction systems or other pressure equipment, • Experience in operating or and maintaining engineering equipment for chemical or petrochemical facilities, • Experience working 12 hr shift work rotations in support of 24/7 operations, • Familiar with safety protocols for handling hazardous chemicals, • Ability to work proactively and independently with an eagerness to learn, • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn and use specialized complex software, • Team player with a strong passion for fostering a safe collaborative work environment, • Interest in sustainability, technology, science, cultural progress, and startup environments, • Research and development or process improvement experience.
