Position Summary: We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Cosmetology Instructor who specializes in broader beauty disciplines including multicultural hair care, cutting, coloring, styling, and skin and nail care. The ideal candidate will help attract a diverse student body and clientele, delivering comprehensive education that extends beyond natural hair. What We Are Looking For: The ideal candidate will have successful previous teaching experience and strong leadership skills as well as experience with Paul Mitchell products. He or she must be self-motivated to meet goals, as well as inspire, inspect, and coach team members in all clinic floor systems including up-selling, rebooking, and guest service systems. This position requires experience in positive and effective communication, customer service resolution and teamwork. Must be able to think on their feet and problem solve in a fast paced environment and multi task.
