We can teach the systems—the energy, attitude, and drive come from you What You’ll Do • Support the Property Manager with daily operations and administrative tasks, • Provide exceptional service to residents and prospective residents, • Assist with leasing, tours, move-ins, and move-outs, • Track rent payments, deposits, and fees; follow up on delinquent accounts, • Coordinate unit turns, inspections, and maintenance requests, • Maintain accurate records in property management systems, • Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist vendors as needed, • 1–2 years of customer service or office experience, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable, • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic computer systems, • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required, • Medical, dental, and vision insurance, • 401(k) with company match, • Paid time off, paid holidays, and wellness time, • Clear growth path to Property Manager and leadership roles, • Supportive leadership that values your ideas and contributions Apply today and take the next step in your career.
