Job DescriptionJob Title: Junior Cybersecurity/Watch floor Analyst Location: Huntsville, AL Clearance: MUST CURRENTLY POSSESS AND ACTIVE TOP SECRET CLEARANCE SUMMARY: Noetic is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Cybersecurity Analyst to join our growing security team. In this junior-level role, you will play a key part in protecting our organization’s digital assets by assisting in the detection, analysis, and response to cybersecurity threats and incidents. The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge of security principles and a strong interest in security operations, with hands-on experience or coursework involving Splunk. Job Description The Junior Target Requirements Analyst will be part of the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Threat Systems Engineering Directorate team, managing the Agency's assessment objectives as requirements for MDA flight tests. The candidate will be a member of a team supporting development of parametric target specifications and trajectory, radar cross-section (RCS), and infrared (IR) signatures encompassing intelligence assessments for Missile Defense System design, test, and performance assessments. Job Description (What You'll Be Doing) • Perform research and technical/engineering analysis necessary to create products that support the development of flight test target requirements, utilizing a parametric threat space (PTS) methodology., • Conduct analysis involving development of bounds for PTS such as: kinematics, radar cross section (RCS), and infrared signatures using various software tools and analytical techniques., • BS/BA degree and at least 3 years of experience working on missile defense-related or other DoD projects., • Active Secret security clearance is required., • Ability to research and evaluate intelligence-based threat system performance data and identify relevant threat parameters for target to emulate threat characteristics and performance to support test objectives., • Ability to utilize software tools to manipulate RCS and IR signature data to generate bounds., • TS clearance is desired, • BS/BA degree in an engineering, math, statistics, or other related STEM field, • MDA experience, • Basic understanding of radar and optical systems, • Experience with tools such as MATLAB or Optical Signatures Code, • Experience in Anaconda or Python programming languages, • Clearance Required, • Secret, • Position Level, • Junior, • FT/PT, • Full Time, • Years Related Work Experience, • 3, • Education Level Required, • 4-yr.
