YOUR ROLE We are searching for our next Supervisor, Programmatic to join our One Marketplace team in our NY office (hybrid work setting). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys the technical side of campaign planning and considers themselves a resourceful and curious problem solver. The Supervisor, Programmatic oversees Crossmedia's media tactical planning, execution and reporting of campaigns. They utilize their knowledge of the media marketplace and media channels to brainstorm and ideate new activations and vendors for media campaigns. A successful Supervisor is resourceful, organized, and engaged. You are a strong communicator and comfortable in a fast-paced industry and handling multiple projects. Key responsibilities include: Reliable, ethical & operates in the best interest of Crossmedia & clients • Leads the tactical planning process for their campaign/channel, ensuring recommendation meets client brief and pushes new and innovative approaches, • Collaborates with Buyers and Associate Directors on media plan development within programmatic media, • Demonstrates ability to connect-the-dots between client business, campaign objective, and media KPIs, allowing them to provide recommendations that will influence positive results throughout the funnel, • Liaisons with Planning/Investment Director to identify gaps, raise questions, and seek clarity needed in order to translate brief to tactical plan, • Prepares & presents programmatic channel tactical plans (objectives, strategy, rationale) and all backup materials, working closely with Planning/Investment team, • Corresponds and manages day-to-day communications with internal teams and key partners: external vendors, creative agencies, and partner agencies., • Comfortable building campaign ads from scratch and is able to handle significant volume of builds on a daily basis., • Provides final QA for all reports, ensuring that all insights are accurate, adhere to overarching strategy, and reporting is of high quality., • Primary point of contact for day-to-day deliverables for the Client, • Demonstrates full understanding of client's business and provides client with strategic POVs, • Oversees negotiation of media contracts (with guidance from Associate Director+) and programs/opportunities to ensure maximum leverage is applied, • Manages the day-to-day media and financial deliverables, • Manages day to day operations of team - clearly assigning tasks, balancing workload between team members, ensuring recurring updates and deliverables are sent, and agreed upon deadlines are met, • Ensures that team is maintaining best practice standards across implementation, optimization, reporting, and comms, • Displays a high level of personal dedication and motivation., • Displays enthusiasm, curiosity and an eagerness to learn, • 5+ years of experience in the day-to-day programmatic campaign management, working across multiple DSPs., • You know your technical stuff and can troubleshoot., • You're a teacher at heart and have already successfully managed buyers and assistants. YOUR ROLE We're looking for a bright Assistant Buyer, Integrated Media Investment to help manage day-to-day responsibilities of paid media campaign management. A naturally curious mind, resourcefulness, a love for numbers and a passion for advertising are a must. The Assistant Buyer supports the execution, maintenance, and reporting of media buys across traditional and digital channels. This is an entry-level role designed for a motivated, detail-oriented individual looking to build foundational experience in media planning and buying. You'll work closely with internal teams, vendors, and media partners to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and efficiently, while learning about pricing strategy, media performance, and client servicing. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Campaign Execution & Support • Assist in the preparation of media authorizations and insertion orders to activate buys, • Enter campaign data and maintain accurate records across internal systems (e.g., OneStrata, Investment Trackers), • Help manage timelines and deliverables, ensuring vendors receive specs and assets on time, • Compile weekly and monthly campaign performance reports, pulling data from media partners, platforms, and internal dashboards, • Analyze delivery vs. planned metrics and assist in optimization recommendations, • Track billing and work with finance teams to resolve discrepancies or reconcile vendor invoices, • Maintain budget trackers and assist in updating actuals vs. planned spend, • Communicate directly with vendors to confirm buys, gather reporting data, and resolve execution issues, • Attend and note take during team meetings, client briefings, and status calls as appropriate, • Participate in training sessions to deepen knowledge of media buying systems, analytics tools, and the media landscape, • Bachelor's in Advertising, Marketing or related field, • A very high proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite tools, and especially be a wiz with Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, • Strong attention to detail and highly organized, • Must have a love for numbers and a high numerical aptitude, • Excellent communication skills, • Eagerness to learn and adaptability, • A strong interest and knowledge of Media Buying and Planning Salary range is $43k - $48k. Commensurate with experience. Compensation is determined on the skills, qualifications, certifications, tenure in the industry, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position.
