Acting as a liaison between the Board and Executive Team, the Secretary manages governance functions, board logistics, volunteer services, and compliance with legal and regulatory standards. This position also supports the NBME Council, Finance and Audit, Nominating and Governance, and Council Engagement board committees, and leads a small staff team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing meeting agendas and minutes, facilitating communication among board members and leadership, and leveraging volunteer contributions to advance organizational objectives.
