We are currently expanding and hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in the Woodbridge, NJ area. We proudly serve a diverse community, and Spanish-speaking / bilingual BCBAs are strongly preferred to meet the needs of our families. Whether you’re newly certified or an experienced clinician, you’ll find a supportive environment where your expertise is respected and your career growth is encouraged. * Flexible per diem scheduling with the option to build a full caseload * Competitive $75–$100/hour pay range based on experience and caseload * Spanish-speaking / bilingual BCBAs strongly preferred * Full caseloads available in Woodbridge, Perth Amboy, Carteret, Rahway, and nearby Middlesex County towns * CentralReach (CR) provided for streamlined documentation, planning, and communication * Leadership opportunities in supervision, training, and program development * No billing quotas or minimum hour requirements * Dedicated administrative and scheduling support provided * Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, etc.) * Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans * Supervise and mentor RBTs and Behavior Technicians * Collaborate with Spanish- and English-speaking families, schools, and interdisciplinary providers * Maintain accurate, insurance-compliant documentation through CentralReach * Use data-driven decision-making to monitor and adjust programs * Active BCBA certification and NJ LBA license (or in process) * Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field * Spanish bilingual ability strongly preferred * Experience providing home-based ABA therapy or community-based services * Excellent skills in supervision, documentation, and family communication * Commitment to ethical ABA practices and family-centered care * $75–$100/hour, based on experience and caseload * Sign-on bonus after 90 days * Referral bonuses for new clients or staff * Travel stipends for longer-distance cases * Paid time for assessments, trainings, and supervision * Access to CEUs and internal professional development * No minimum billable hours or quotas * Remote flexibility for documentation and supervision notes * Autonomy to create a caseload that works for you * Agency support always available when you need it
