Job Description About Fifty Bar Fifty Bar is one of the fastest-growing disposable vape brands in the country, with a focus on quality, adult consumers, and long-term partnerships with distributors and retailers. We’re scrappy, fast-moving, and obsessed with winning shelf space and mindshare in every market we enter. Role Overview The Brand Ambassador is the face of Fifty Bar in the field. Your primary KPI is visiting a minimum of 20 stores per day within your assigned territory to: • Open new doors, • Support existing accounts, • Gather data and feedback Key Responsibilities • Store Visits & Route Execution, • Visit 20+ vape shops / smoke shops / convenience stores per day in your assigned territory., • Execute daily store routes using our routing tools (e.g., Badger or similar)., • Check in with staff, introduce the brand, and build rapport with owners/managers., • Brand Representation, • Professionally present the Fifty Bar product line, flavor catalog, and key selling points., • Drop off samples, leave marketing materials, and clearly explain how to place orders through our master distributors., • Ensure all interactions align with our adult-only, compliant marketing standards., • Sales Support & Lead Generation, • Identify interested retailers and capture warm leads for our sales and distribution partners., • When stores are ready to order, collect contact info and pass to the appropriate distributor or internal sales contact., • Track potential order volume, current brands they carry, and obstacles to closing., • In-Store Execution & Merchandising, • Place and maintain point-of-sale (POS) materials (racks, displays, clings, etc.)., • Take photos of shelf placement and displays for internal reporting., • Report competitive activity (pricing, promos, brands on shelves)., • Data & Reporting, • Log every store visit in our system (e.g., Badger / internal CRM):, • Store name, address, contact person, • Whether they carry Fifty Bar currently, • If not, reason why and follow-up notes, • Interest level, next step, and any orders initiated, • Submit end-of-day and end-of-week recaps, including total visits, new doors opened, leads generated, and notable wins., • Events & Trade Shows (As Needed), • Occasionally support trade shows, regional events, and distributor ride-alongs., • Help with sampling, booth presence, and relationship-building with key partners. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Minimum 20 qualified store visits per day, • New doors opened per week/month, • Number and quality of warm leads sent to distributors/sales, • Quality and consistency of data input and reporting, • POS placements and in-store visibility improvements Qualifications • Prior experience in field marketing, brand ambassadorship, sales, or customer-facing roles is a plus., • Comfortable walking into cold stores and starting conversations with owners/managers., • Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident presence., • Highly organized and disciplined with time, routes, and reporting., • Willingness to travel regionally; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required., • Able to represent an adults-only nicotine product brand in a professional and responsible manner. Compensation & Structure • Base salary (full-time, W2) with performance-based incentives., • Target earnings structured so strong performers can realistically reach ~$70–72K OTE in Year 1 (base + activity/goal-based bonuses)., • Travel reimbursements (mileage, hotel, per diem) when applicable., • Opportunities for growth as the brand expands and we build out more markets and leadership layers.
