The role This is a commission-forward partnerships role and a real opportunity to get immersed in building a brand from the ground up — you’ll own the partner pipeline end to end, from sourcing creators and corporate contacts through closing deals, hosting visits, and converting partners into paying members. Base pay covers a manageable part-time commitment; the real upside comes from what you close. What you’ll do • Source — identify fitness trainers, UGC creators, micro-influencers, wellness professionals with an audience, and corporate contacts (offices, coworking spaces, club concierges) in Midtown. Qualify by fit, not just follower count., • Close — run personalized outreach (roughly 50 touches/day) to secure deposits or signed content agreements, and book visits., • Host and capture — bring partners into the studio for an on-brand visit, and walk away with usage-rights content., • Convert — turn partners into paying subscribers. This is the role’s core deliverable — and where most of your earnings come from., • Grow B2B — build relationships with nearby offices to fill lower-yield daytime weekday slots via demo days and team passes., • Report — keep the CRM current, hand off content to the marketing/SMM team, and deliver a weekly pipeline and revenue report.
