Job DescriptionSalary: $95,000-$110,000 annually RH Strategic is seeking a Senior Associate, Digital Strategy with proven experience concepting, executing, and optimizing full-funnel digital campaigns across paid media, owned content (e.g., web, email), and social platforms. This is a client-facing, cross-functional role for a strategic thinker who thrives on translating insights into multi-channel engagement strategies that drive measurable outcomes. Youll lead the development of performance marketing plans, shape creative direction and messaging frameworks, and collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver campaigns that are data-driven, audience-centric, and conversion-focused. From paid search and programmatic display to organic social and email nurture, youll architect campaigns that align with broader brand, advocacy, and communications goals and know how to prove their impact. This is a full-time position based in Seattle, with an in-office presence required at least three days per week. RH Strategic is a well-established public relations agency with a robust client portfolio across technology, cybersecurity, healthcare, sustainability, and education industries. Key Responsibilities Digital Strategy & Campaign Planning • Lead the development of full-funnel and integrated digital strategies that align with client objectives and audience insights, • Collaborate closely with internal creative and content teams to produce high-impact digital initiatives, • Build multi-channel plans that span paid media, organic social, influencer engagement, content, email, web, and other appropriate digital platforms based on client and need, • Identify key narrative moments, platform trends, and strategic opportunities to amplify reach and impact, • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, clearly articulating digital rationale, campaign performance, and optimization opportunities, • Oversee formative research, digital audience analysis, and message testing to inform strategies and improve campaign performance, • Translate complex data into actionable insights, using analytics to optimize campaign performance and demonstrate ROI, • Present digital strategy, reporting, and recommendations in a compelling and client-friendly way Creative & Tactical Oversight • Guide the development of digital-first creative concepts and messaging frameworks, • Review ad concepts and assets to ensure alignment with campaign goals and best practices, • Translate data from social listening and analytics into messaging pivots and platform recommendations Account & Platform Management • Lead day-to-day management of assigned account(s), including complex, multi-stream programs., • Lead client meetings and prepare team members for success in those settings., • Manage account resources effectively, delegating responsibilities, pacing workloads, and monitoring profitability and scope., • Serve as a quality control lead, ensuring all workstreams are progressing on time, within scope, and aligned with client goals and firm standards., • Coordinate with other account managers on team resourcing and special requests across the firm. Firmwide Collaboration & Contribution • Partner closely across teams and the agency to ensure alignment and execution across channels, • Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of innovation, curiosity, and accountability, • Help shape agency-wide best practices and playbooks, • Support new business opportunities with digital expertise and input Requirements • 5-7 years of experience in digital strategy, including agency experience, • Demonstrated experience with digital platforms, paid media, analytics tools, and performance optimization (Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, programmatic platforms (Meltwater), and analytics tools (Talkwalker, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), • Proficiency in SEO/SEM tools such as Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or SpyFu, • Proven track record of developing and executing integrated digital campaigns that meet or exceed KPIs, including strong command of digital performance metrics and experience in data analysis and reporting, • Strong creative sensibility and ability to bridge messaging with audience behavior and channel dynamics A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving Pay and Benefits Salary: $95,000-$110,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. The Company may, in its discretion, also offer an annual bonus in an amount, if any, to be determined by the Company. Bonuses are not guaranteed.
