Job Description BASIC FUNCTION The AT & Financial Center Manager (FCM) is generally more experienced and is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the branch, the internal sales process and customer experience. They are responsible for ensuring all policies and procedures are followed and that the branch staff practices sound risk management. This position is responsible for providing required reporting related to operations and control and adherence to income, expense, and budgetary guidelines and standards. This position is also responsible for security of equipment and premises, financial controls, collections and loss handling, as well as daily opening and closing procedures.
