In this role, you are the absolute owner of product data integrity as it relates to the digital customer experience. You ensure that every item we sell is accurately represented across every touchpoint—from our ERP and PIM to our website storefront and marketing feeds. This is not a data entry role; it is a high-impact technical logic and investigation role. You will work directly with our Data Platform and Software Engineering teams to define business rules, audit data health via complex SQL, and troubleshoot data transmission errors before they impact the customer. Responsibilities • Storefront Governance: Serve as the absolute owner of product data integrity within the PIM. Ensure that all storefront-critical attributes (pricing, dimensions, weights, image links) are accurate and standardized for a seamless customer experience., • Technical Data Auditing: Write and run complex SQL queries against our centralized database to identify anomalies, "orphan" records, and data hygiene issues that need resolution. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Technology Purchasing & Fulfillment • Independently forecast equipment needs based on headcount projections, asset end-of-life schedule, and planned department needs., • Prepare requirements, compare pricing/options, and obtain required approvals from managers/partners., • Create purchase orders (or equivalent), place orders, track shipping, receive goods, and coordinate handoff to deployment teams to meet deadlines., • Maintain supplier records and support purchasing standards/procedures to drive consistency and auditability., • Create the process for managing all IT assets (hardware, network gear, software, and peripherals), • Own the asset lifecycle from receipt to end-of-life: tagging/naming, assignment, warranty status, valuation, refresh/retirement, and secure disposition., • Ensure the asset database remains current and accurate; coordinate with IT teams on changes (moves/adds/changes)., • Lead periodic spot checks/audits and reconcile variances, document root cause and corrective actions., • Manage minimum stock levels (laptops/docks/monitors/ cameras/ headsets/phones), shipping/returns, RMA processing, and secure storage controls., • Partner with accounting to streamline and drive process improvement for the technology invoicing process., • Process invoices for Technology purchases and recurring services; validate invoice accuracy against quotes/POs/receiving records., • Code invoices appropriately and partner with Accounting to ensure on-time payments and accurate departmental/entity allocation., • Reconcile corporate card and other statements to purchase records; resolve discrepancies and track credits/returns., • Manage vendors once onboard, serving as a primary point of contact for selected vendors; coordinate vendor activities (orders, renewals, deliveries, escalations)., • Track vendor performance and support service-level expectations (delivery timelines, contract terms, support responsiveness)., • Support vendor onboarding and offboarding activities. Maintain vendor master information (contacts, account IDs, portals, billing cadence)., • Support negotiation, processing, and administration of Technology-related contracts (e.g. software licensing, telecom, business machines, hardware maintenance, professional services). Coordinate IT contract review activities with Legal, Accounting, and appropriate sign-offs., • Track and manage SOWs, MSAs, change orders, renewal dates, advance notice periods, and key contractual obligations; prepare renewal/termination notices as needed. Maintain changes in Stream contact information with vendors., • Monitor contract spend against commitments and assist leaders with forecasting and budget planning., • Support leaders with analyzing department CAPEX and OPEX spend and variances., • Support leaders with budget vs actuals analysis by tracking costs. The TPM acts as the operational bridge between the Program Leader, HPE CSP technical teams, customer’s operations, and federal stakeholders, translating program objectives into actionable daily execution plans. While this role does not perform hands-on engineering, it requires strong technical fluency, deep understanding of IT operations, and the ability to direct, sequence, and govern technical work across infrastructure, cloud, security, and service management domains. * Role Requirements • US Citizenship Required, • Clearance Required: Secret, • Work Model: Flexible hybrid; onsite at customer location as required, • DoD 8140 (formerly 8570) compliant – IAT Level I or IAM Level I certification required Locations: MGM, Alabama, OKC Oklahoma San Antonio, TX Columbus, OH Mechanicsburg, PA Ogden, UT Fort Meade, Maryland Schedule * Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm (flexibility required) • Ability to support evening/weekend work as needed, • Participation in a rotating on-call / operational support scheduled Key Responsibilities -- Technical Operations Program Leadership • Drive day-to-day execution of IT operations and cloud service activities in support of overall program objectives., • Convert program priorities into weekly and daily technical execution plans for CSP and MSP teams., • Own operational schedules, task sequencing, and dependency management across infrastructure, platform, security, and service operations., • Ensure technical teams are aligned on scope, priorities, and timelines, escalating conflicts or risks to the Program Leader as needed., • Manage operational readiness for new capabilities, changes, and releases, ensuring smooth transition to steady-state operations. CSP / MSP Coordination & Execution Management • Serve as the primary coordination point between the HPE CSP and the MSP., • Define and manage daily engagement models, roles, and responsibilities between CSP and MSP teams., • Ensure MSP operational activities align with CSP architectures, security controls, and service expectations., • Coordinate incident response, problem management, maintenance windows, and change execution across providers., • Track operational issues to resolution, ensuring accountability and timely closure. Schedule, Risk, and Dependency Management • Build and maintain integrated technical schedules covering engineering, security, compliance, and operational activities., • Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, technical constraints, and operational risks., • Proactively surface schedule impacts, resource contention, and execution risks to program leadership., • Ensure operational milestones align with ATO, audit, and compliance timelines. Technical Governance & Service Management • Oversee adherence to ITSM processes including incident, problem, change, configuration, and release management., • Participate in and support Change Control Boards (CCB) and technical readiness reviews., • Ensure operational processes meet federal governance, security, and availability requirements., • Monitor operational KPIs, SLAs, and service health metrics; drive corrective actions where needed. RMF / ATO Operational Oversight • Manage RMF and ATO activities as an operational program, ensuring technical teams deliver required artifacts and evidence on schedule., • Coordinate engineering, security, and operations teams to support:, • Initial ATOs, • Renewals, • Interim ATOs, • Inherited controls and reciprocity efforts, • Maintain integrated timelines linking technical remediation, POA&M closure, and continuous monitoring activities., • Act as the operational interface to AO, ISSO/ISSM, SCA/3PAO, and system owners. Security Documentation & Evidence Execution • Oversee production, updates, and operational maintenance of security documentation, including:, • System Security Plan (SSP), • SAP / SAR, • POA&M, • Control implementation evidence, • Continuous Monitoring artifacts, • Configuration, Incident Response, and Contingency Plans, • Ensure documentation reflects actual operational state, not just design intent. Process Optimization & Operational Maturity • Define and refine repeatable execution models for federal IT operations and cloud service delivery., • Drive improvements based on operational metrics, audit findings, and lessons learned., • Standardize coordination patterns between CSP, MSP, and government stakeholders.
