The technician will maintain and service CNC equipment (Cutworx, TPS, Zund), Astro gluers, heating and forming equipment, dies and punches, and associated mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems. In addition, this role supports facility maintenance, infrastructure improvements, and light fabrication to support production needs. Key Responsibilities 1. CNC & Production Equipment Maintenance (Primary Focus) • Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on CNC machines, digital flatbed cutters, glue machines and applicators, ovens, hydraulic presses, and related production equipment., • Execute corrective maintenance to diagnose, troubleshoot, and restore equipment to service using manuals, schematics, and manufacturer technical support., • Support light CNC setup, operation, and basic programming adjustments as needed., • Identify recurring equipment issues and recommend PM improvements to reduce downtime and extend machine life., • Coordinate with external service providers for specialized repairs or calibration when required. 2.
