Job Description Summary Our role of Transformation Consultant is to support enterprise-wide initiatives that drive operational scale, organizational change, and strategic execution. This role is designed for a full-spectrum consultant that is equally comfortable shaping strategy, building execution frameworks, managing cross-functional programs, and leading change adoption across the business. The ideal candidate brings experience across transformation, change management, program delivery, operating model design, and stakeholder engagement. This individual thrives in ambiguous environments, quickly assesses organizational needs, and translates high-level strategy into practical, executable outcomes. Key Responsibilities • Partner with executive leadership to translate strategic priorities into structured transformation roadmaps., • Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning operations, technology, product, finance, and go-to-market teams., • Design and implement scalable operating models, governance frameworks, and execution rhythms., • Assess organizational readiness and drive structured change management plans to support adoption., • Identify risks, dependencies, and execution gaps; implement mitigation strategies., • Facilitate leadership workshops, alignment sessions, and decision-making forums., • Support system implementations, process redesigns, and modernization initiatives., • Develop KPI frameworks and executive-level reporting to track transformation progress., • Align stakeholders across functions to ensure accountability and momentum., • Operate as a trusted advisor and problem solver during periods of growth, integration, or organizational change. Qualifications • 7+ years of experience in transformation, business operations, program management, or strategic initiatives., • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional enterprise programs., • Strong understanding of change management principles and organizational adoption., • Experience building or optimizing PMOs, governance frameworks, or operating models., • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate matrixed organizations., • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills., • Experience supporting system implementations or modernization efforts (CRM, ERP, SaaS, etc.)., • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complexity into clarity. Preferred • Experience supporting M&A integrations or organizational restructuring., • Background in consulting or advisory environments., • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or structured delivery frameworks., • Change management certification (Prosci, etc.) or PMP (nice to have). Location This role is a US - remote, consultant may be required to go onsite for orientation. The compensation range for this position represents our good faith estimate of the range we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, education, work location, and internal equity.
