The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team, handling complex litigation matters and appeals in both federal and state courts. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a challenging and rewarding environment where your skills and experience can make a significant impact. Responsibilities: • Represent clients in all stages of litigation and appeals, including pre-trial preparation, trial, post-trial motions, and appeals in both federal and state courts., • Prepare and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, briefs, motions, appeals, and petitions., • Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies and legal theories., • Argue cases before federal and state judges, and administrative law judges., • Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations, interpret laws, rulings, and regulations., • Collaborate with a team of attorneys and legal professionals to ensure the best representation for clients., • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school., • Admission to a state bar and eligibility to practice law in federal courts., • Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation and trial, specifically in Supreme Court and Appellate cases., • Proven experience with federal courts, state courts, appeals, federal judges, state governments, educational institutions, administrative law, and petitions., • Exceptional analytical skills, with a strong ability to draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and briefs., • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to argue cases effectively and persuasively., • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain client relationships and work collaboratively with a team., • Ability to manage multiple cases and projects, with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail., • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all business dealings., • Strong commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
