Job Description Position Overview SNAP (STOP NOW AND PLAN) Specialist or reports to the SNAP Supervisor and Chief Clinical Officer and is a part time hourly position. The SNAP Specialist is a position which focuses on early intervention programs for children, ages 6 – 11, who are engaging in aggressive, anti-social behavior and have encountered police.
