Chef Requirements & Qualifications • Experience in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations., • Proven ability to interact professionally with high-level clientele., • Highly motivated self-starter with a positive, team-oriented approach., • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with colleagues at all levels., • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Chef Preferred Background & Skills • Experience working in boutique, upscale, or low-volume hospitality concepts., • Comfortable adapting to both kitchen and guest-facing responsibilities. Chef Day-to-Day Responsibilities • Prepare and present creative, high-quality dishes in collaboration with the Executive Chef., • Assist with all aspects of service, including running food and engaging with guests., • Contribute to a supportive, all-hands-on-deck culture by helping both FOH and BOH as needed., • Maintain a polished, professional presence in both guest and team interactions., • Uphold high standards of cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail throughout all service periods.
