We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Hot Chix Manager to oversee daily operations at our Sylvania location. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in driving the success of a beloved brand, ensuring exceptional service, financial performance, and overall business growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership & Team Management: • Recruit, train, and lead a team of restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and support staff., • Create a positive and motivating work environment with clear performance expectations., • Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations., • Address employee concerns and foster team collaboration. 2. Exceptional Customer Service: • Ensure guest satisfaction by consistently exceeding expectations., • Address customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally., • Monitor and act on guest reviews to maintain service excellence. 3. Operations Management: • Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures., • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards., • Manage inventory, supply chain, and vendor relationships efficiently. 4. Financial Oversight: • Manage budgets, including cost controls and revenue goals., • Optimize costs in alignment with set metrics:, • 30% of revenue to the cost of goods sold., • 30% of revenue to labor costs., • 10% of revenue to miscellaneous expenses., • Monitor sales and profitability, making adjustments as needed. 5. Menu & Food Quality: • Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion consistency., • Collaborate with kitchen staff to innovate and update menu offerings., • Monitor food costs and minimize waste to maximize profitability. 6. Marketing & Promotion: • Implement in-store marketing strategies to attract new customers., • Partner with marketing teams on campaigns and promotions. 7. Compliance & Licensing: • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including health codes., • Manage health department inspections. 8. Inventory Management: • Maintain accurate inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed., • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business management, or equivalent experience (preferred)., • 2+ years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the restaurant industry., • Strong leadership and team management skills., • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities., • In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and financial management., • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle challenges with ease.
