Job Description We are partnering with an esteemed luxury fine jewelry atelier located in downtown Denver to find an engaging Sales & Marketing Representative who will embody their exquisite, handcrafted men's jewelry collections. Key Responsibilities • Grow fine-jewelry revenue by developing direct client relationships and partnering with high-end and retail galleries, • Plan and launch marketing and social media initiatives to highlight new collections and key brand moments, • Represent the brand at luxury galleries, trade shows, and private client events in the U.S. and abroad, • Partner with creative and leadership teams on influencer collaborations, press opportunities, and special events, • Identify and evaluate new markets and opportunities to support brand growth, • Work closely with leadership to keep sales activity and brand messaging aligned and consistent, • Act as a compelling brand ambassador and storyteller, building long-term loyalty among clients, • 3–5 years of proven marketing/advertising experience, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging high-net-worth and diverse clientele, • Comfortable with frequent international solo travel and adapting across different cultural settings, • Polished, professional presence with an outgoing, extroverted style, • Demonstrated closing ability and a track record of building lasting client relationships, • 3–5 years of sales success—ideally in luxury goods, fine jewelry, fashion, or high-end retail, • Hands-on familiarity with social platforms and the ability to support campaign development Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 annually (commensurate with experience) Benefits Package: • International travel costs fully covered, • Brand Ambassador Styling Package (monthly allowance to maintain a professional look), • Gain-share opportunities as the company grows, • Two weeks paid vacation (increases to three weeks after Year 1), • Medical insurance, • Full-time role: 40 hours per week, on-site in downtown Denver, • 11 paid holidays per year Work Environment: Full-time, on-site position in a creative jewelry workshop environment in downtown Denver. International travel required; candidates must be comfortable with solo travel and occasional evening events.
