Job DescriptionSalary: $65k-$70k based on experience The role of Sales Training Supervisor is a remote position that requires you to support and develop a growing team of Account Managers through structured onboarding, hands-on coaching, systems training, and data-driven performance monitoring. You will work closely with leadership to create a high-performing culture of accountability by implementing training initiatives, tracking KPIs, conducting one-on-one coaching sessions, and ensuring consistency in CRM usage and customer engagement across the sales department. This is a mid-level leadership role with significant opportunity for impact and advancement. Primary Responsibilities: • Coordinate onboarding and training for new National Account Managers, ensuring consistency across the department.ERP Training,HubSpot Training,Review/Listen to calls and provide feedback, • Deliver live and recorded training sessions on CRM/ERP usage, sales processes, and product knowledge., • Ensure understanding and implementation of initiatives., • Conduct weekly check-ins with reps to ensure applied processes; discuss goals, progress, and areas of improvement and document conversations., • Monitor sales activity dashboards and provide recommendations to leadership on coaching opportunities., • Identify underperformance trends early and support intervention efforts., • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), • Review sales pipelines and ensure leads are being worked consistently through CRM tools like HubSpot., • Act as a liaison between sales reps and leadership to streamline communication and support., • Ensure compliance with internal procedures related to CRM usage, call tracking, and customer follow-up., • Assist with process improvements that enhance team productivity and sales pipeline health. Qualifications • 3+ years in a sales support, inside sales, or sales training/supervisory role., • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM is preferred. The ability to train others on HubSpot tools, workflows, task management, sequences, and reporting is essential., • Experience with ERP systems., • Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills., • Analytical mindset with ability to draw insights from data., • Self-motivated, organized, and committed to supporting a team environment., • Ability to balance attention to detail with a broader understanding of sales operations.
