Job Duties & Responsibilities • Assist/Provide Admin Support the Sales and Operations Teams, • Coordinate and collect certificates of insurance from the corporate office, • Collect certificates of capital improvement and tax exempt certificates for specific projects, • To review the certificates of insurance and submit them to the respective customers, • Forward our new W9 to all the customers and vendors, • Update all the internal templates with the new Bosch Building Technologies logo, • Format newly taken employee photos, edit them and submit them to Bosch Building Technologies, and follow up with employees for missing photos Minimum Qualifications: • High School Diploma, • Some experience with Microsoft 365 products, • Experience working with a large group of people, • Some experience with composing articulate and grammatically correct written communications, • Some college credits, • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 products, • Ability to work under pressure, • Ability to plan work, and sequence priorities, • Experience with Photoshop or any other graphic design software Essential Job Functions: • Be able to lift and carry, drawings, personal computers, material, and spend significant time sitting etc., • Be able to lift up to 20lbs., • Maintain a satisfactory driving record., • On a typical day, be able to spend significant time sitting, standing, walking, climbing a flight of stairs, conducting field surveys and delivering presentations, • In general, the following conditions of the work environment are representative of those that an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job., • The office is clean, orderly, properly lighted and ventilated.
