Senior Client Solutions Manager About Brynson™ Brynson is a growing SaaS company building technology that helps enterprise operators manage complex compliance, data, and digital workflows at scale. Our platform sits across multiple systems, data sources, integrations, and operational teams. That means successful client management requires more than relationship ownership. It requires someone who can understand how the product works, reason through data, navigate technical issues, communicate clearly with clients, and move problems forward without relying on constant internal support. We work with sophisticated enterprise organizations where accuracy, responsiveness, and strong client leadership matter. About The Role We are looking for a Senior Client Solutions Manager to own strategic client relationships across Brynson's SaaS platform. This is not a traditional Customer Success role focused primarily on check-ins, relationship management, and adoption. This person will sit at the intersection of clients, product, data, integrations, and technology. You will be responsible for understanding how clients use Brynson, how their systems connect to ours, where data comes from, how client workflows operate, and what is actually happening when something does not look right. When a client raises a complex question, you should be comfortable investigating it yourself. That may mean reviewing data, validating a source system, understanding an integration, reproducing product behavior, or clarifying what the client is actually seeing before involving Product or Engineering. You should also be comfortable owning difficult client conversations, setting expectations, leading implementations, managing competing priorities, and translating technical concepts into language that both executives and operational users can understand. Brynson is growing quickly, and not every process is fully defined. We need someone who can operate independently, make sound decisions, and create structure where it does not yet exist. What You'll Own Strategic Client Relationships • Own day-to-day relationships across a portfolio of Brynson's strategic and enterprise compliance clients., • Develop deep knowledge of each client's portfolio, operating model, tech-stack, and stakeholders., • Lead client meetings, working sessions, trainings, implementation discussions, and executive conversations., • Manage multiple stakeholders across client organizations, including executives, operators, analysts, and technical teams., • Identify risks, unresolved issues, and client concerns early and proactively drive them toward resolution., • Maintain strong ownership of client commitments and ensure questions move through resolution. Technical & Data Problem Solving • Independently investigate client questions involving compliance findings, data discrepancies, reporting, integrations, and platform behavior., • Understand how information moves between property management systems, client systems, third-party platforms, APIs, data sources, and Brynson., • Validate source data, property identifiers, mappings, refresh timing, business logic, and expected versus actual results., • Identify whether an issue is related to underlying source data, integration behavior, Brynson logic, client configuration, or another dependency., • Use available tools and data to develop an informed point of view before escalating internally., • Partner with Product and Engineering on issues requiring deeper technical investigation., • Provide clear technical escalations that include examples, business impact, expected behavior, and relevant client context. Product Implementation & Adoption • Lead client onboarding and implementation workstreams from kickoff through launch., • Understand client requirements, systems, dependencies, data needs, stakeholders, and success criteria., • Coordinate internal and external workstreams required for successful implementation., • Identify implementation risks and dependencies early., • Support configuration, testing, validation, training, and launch readiness., • Help clients understand how Brynson fits into their existing technology and operational workflows., • Drive adoption by ensuring clients understand both how to use the product and how to interpret the information it provides., • Support training and adoption across client teams. Cross-Functional Execution • Serve as a strong bridge between clients and Brynson's Product and Engineering teams., • Turn ambiguous client requests into clearly defined problems, requirements, and use cases., • Reproduce and investigate issues before escalating whenever possible., • Distinguish between bugs, data problems, implementation gaps, product limitations, feature requests, and user misunderstanding., • Provide Product with meaningful customer context without assuming every customer request should become a feature., • Identify patterns across clients that may indicate broader product or platform opportunities., • Communicate Product and Engineering decisions back to clients clearly and credibly. Process & Scale • Identify recurring client friction and help solve the underlying problem rather than repeatedly managing individual symptoms., • Build and improve client-facing documentation, implementation materials, internal playbooks, troubleshooting resources, and workflows., • Improve how Brynson handles onboarding, data questions, escalations, training, and client communication., • Bring structure to ambiguous situations and evolving processes., • Help define scalable client-management practices as Brynson continues to grow. What We’re Looking For • 4-6 years of relevant professional experience, with meaningful experience in client-facing B2B SaaS or technology., • Experience directly owning complex client relationships, implementations, technical accounts, or strategic customer workstreams., • Strong technical and data fluency., • Comfort working with APIs, integrations, structured data, system-of-record concepts, identifiers, data mapping, reporting, and troubleshooting., • Demonstrated ability to investigate problems independently before escalating to Product or Engineering., • Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams., • Strong written and verbal communication skills., • Ability to communicate effectively with executives, operational users, analysts, and technical stakeholders., • Experience leading SaaS implementations or complex onboarding workstreams., • Experience building new client processes, playbooks, or operational systems at a growing company., • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills., • Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions without constant oversight., • Comfort operating in a startup or high-growth environment where responsibilities and processes continue to evolve. Benefits & Perks • Compensation: $125,000-$150,000, • Location: Hybrid role; must be based in New York, New York, • Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage., • Time Off: Flexible PTO policy that supports work-life balance.
