Job DescriptionJob Title: Client Service ManagerCompany: Strike Force Staffing Industry: Staffing & Recruiting Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryThe Client Service Manager plays a critical role within the staffing agency by managing client relationships while overseeing the recruitment and talent management process. This role supports recruiting operations by maintaining accurate talent records and collaborating internally with the market research and business development teams. This position serves as the primary liaison between clients, candidates, payroll, and internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery, accurate workforce placement, and long-term account growth. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship & Account Management • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, maintaining strong professional relationships with HR, operations, and leadership teams., • Conduct regular client check-ins to assess satisfaction, staffing needs, workforce performance, and upcoming hiring forecasts., • Manage client onboarding, including service expectations, workforce requirements, compliance standards, and communication protocols., • Address and resolve client concerns related to employee performance, attendance, behavior, payroll discrepancies, billing inquiries, and service quality., • Coordinate workforce replacements, escalations, and corrective action plans to ensure uninterrupted service delivery., • Track client feedback, service metrics, retention rates, and workforce performance indicators.Support contract renewals, rate updates, and client retention initiatives in collaboration with Business Development.Talent Pipeline & ATS Management, • Maintain, update, and organize candidate profiles, resumes, certifications, and work history within the ATS., • Ensure all candidate interactions, notes, and status changes are recorded accurately., • Conduct regular data audits to keep ATS data clean, compliant, and current., • Track candidate activity and availability to support ongoing and upcoming staffing needs.Candidate Engagement, • Conduct phone screens, interviews, and onboarding conversations to assess skills and job preferences., • Maintain regular communication with active and prospective talent., • Guide candidates through the application, compliance, and placement process., • Provide timely updates regarding job openings and next steps.Sourcing & Recruiting Support, • Post job openings across job boards, agency platforms, and social media channels., • Mine job boards and resume databases to source candidates for immediate and future needs., • Build strong talent pools for high-demand roles.Market Research & Business Support, • Analyze resumes and talent data to identify industries, job experience trends, and potential client opportunities., • Collaborate with Business Development on employer prospects based on candidate history., • Provide reports on talent trends, skill availability, and regional labor gaps. Administrative Support (Payroll & Billing), • Verify weekly employee hours submitted by placed talent through timekeeping systems., • Communicate with talent and clients regarding missing or incorrect timesheets., • Enter and confirm hours in payroll or ATS/pay-bill systems (e.g., Avionté BOLD, Paychex Flex)., • Assist in generating weekly invoices for billable hours and ensure payroll matches billing requirements., • Maintain audit-ready payroll and invoice documentation.Collaboration, • Work closely with Recruiters, Business Development Managers, and Market Research staff to support staffing efforts., • Participate in weekly pipeline and operations meetings., • Assist in developing sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions. Qualifications, • 1–3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, payroll support, or administrative work (preferred)., • Strong experience using ATS systems (e.g., Avionté BOLD, Bullhorn, Greenhouse, iCIMS)., • Experience with payroll or timekeeping systems such as Paychex Flex, ADP, or Avionté (preferred)., • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal., • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills., • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced remote environment., • Comfort using job boards such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools., • High level of professionalism, reliability, and customer service focus.Key Skills, • ATS data management, • Payroll support & timekeeping verification, • Weekly invoice coordination, • Candidate sourcing & phone screening, • Resume review & skill matching, • Customer service & communication, • Time management & task prioritization, • Market research support, • Job posting & talent mining Schedule & Compensation, • Full-Time: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday (Remote Only), • Compensation: $22 per hour - $45,760 annually, • Growth Opportunity: Advancement into Senior Account Manager, Operations Manager, or Director-level roles within the agency
