Job Description Netsurit is looking for a proactive and client-focused Technical Account Manager / IT Client Success Manager to help clients improve their IT environments, strengthen service delivery, and unlock greater value from managed services and technology solutions. This role is ideal for someone who understands managed services, IT cost models, client relationship management, and the tools that drive service performance and reporting. About the Role In this role, you will partner with clients to build and maintain technology roadmaps that improve their IT environments and support long-term business goals. You will work closely with service teams, vendors, and stakeholders to review performance, manage escalations, identify risks, and recommend practical improvements. You will also support service and solution sales by applying your knowledge of managed services, IT operations, reporting tools, and client technology needs.
