Position Overview Are you a motivated, energetic individual, ready to build a meaningful and rewarding career? We are seeking a Sales Representative / Account Manager Trainee to join our team. In this role, you will: • Develop new business by prospecting, lead generation, and outreach, • Cultivate relationships with customers, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate insurance and financial products, • Meet and exceed sales goals and quotas, • Learn to market property & casualty, life, health, and banking products, • Collaborate directly with our agency leadership and experienced team members, • Assist with marketing efforts and community-based events, • Gain hands-on exposure to agency operations, licensing, and business logistics This position is ideal for someone who wants to learn, grow, and eventually lead or run their own book of business within the insurance/financial services industry.
