Job Description Join a Recognized, Growing Sun Care Brand Ocean Potion is a Florida-rooted, nationally recognized sun care brand with strong traction in beach, resort, and specialty retail markets. As part of the PTL portfolio, we are expanding our presence across Florida’s coastal regions and are looking for a driven, relationship-focused Territory Sales Representative to grow our East Coast footprint. About the Role This is a field-based, on-the-road sales role focused on building relationships, driving distribution, and ensuring strong in-store execution. You will manage an established territory while also developing new business across beach shops, surf shops, resorts, and specialty retail accounts. Success in this role comes from consistent execution, strong follow-through, and the ability to build trust with customers. What You’ll Do • Manage and grow a portfolio of retail and wholesale accounts across East Coast Florida, • Identify and open new accounts to expand brand distribution, • Drive sell-in, reorders, and promotional activity within your territory, • Ensure proper merchandising, product placement, and in-store presentation, • Conduct regular in-person visits to accounts and maintain consistent communication, • Monitor inventory levels and work with accounts to maintain stock and product flow, • Track sales activity, account updates, and opportunities using company systems, • 2+ years of outside sales, route sales, or DSD experience, • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, • Knowledge of the South Florida / East Coast Florida market, • Highly organized with strong time management and territory planning skills, • Strong communication skills and professional presence, • Self-motivated with a consistent, disciplined work ethic, • Comfortable working independently in a field-based role, • Enjoy being on the road and building relationships face-to-face, • Take ownership of your territory and treat it like your business, • Are consistent, reliable, and follow through on commitments, • Thrive in a performance-driven environment with clear expectations, • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the territory, • Comfortable using mobile technology (iPad or similar tools), • Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus, • Established territory with growth opportunity, • Supportive, entrepreneurial team environment
