The Media Planner supports in the development of effective, innovative, and strategic solutions and is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and execution of approved media plans. Reports directly to the Media Supervisor. Essential Functions (other duties may be assigned). Account & Client Management • Produces work that delivers on client goals and gains industry recognition for its creativity and results. Constantly seeks and creates creative opportunities in both media choice and usage to increase visibility/impact., • Responsible for day-to-day maintenance of assigned accounts (billing issues, budget revisions, flowchart updating, competitive analyses, post-buy analyses, etc.). Maintains detailed and accurate records. Monitors media agreements and contracts with outside media vendors., • Contributes to the development and direction of media strategies and POV’s. Conducts media research, brainstorms, evaluates data, and develops points of view. Understands various media and their applications against client strategies and goals., • Maintains thorough, up-to-date knowledge of client’s business (market share, business priorities, key competitor strategies, etc.)., • Owns communication with both internal (buying teams and specialists) and external resources (publications, websites, etc.), to gather and negotiate costs and plan details. Evaluates partners for their relevance in accomplishing client’s strategic goals., • Evaluates inventory against audience segments for a range of media vehicles (display, video, mobile, paid social, native) to determine which would most effectively reach target audience., • Studies demographic data/consumer profiles to identify desired target audiences for online advertising., • Calculates campaign forecast/projected results, reach and frequency of potential media vehicles., • Stays abreast of key developments/trends/issues in media (e.g., population, demographic, lifestyle, media usage changes)., • Monitors campaign timelines to ensure proper progression of media buys, such as timely issuance and receipt of client authorizations, delivery of paperwork to vendors, specs to creative agencies, delivery of creative assets to vendors, etc., • Responsible for the preparation of insertion orders and placement of advertising with media vehicles., • Using multiple sources of external data, perform campaign analysis directly relevant to, and to assist in, optimizations, planning, and/or buying decisions., • Implements, traffics, troubleshoots, and analyzes digital campaigns using a third party ad server., • Monitors media for pacing, delivery, placement, and flight-date discrepancies and negotiates credit or billing adjustments when necessary. Requirements • At least 1.5 years experience as a Media Planner in a creative media agency with hands-on digital planning experience including buying, implementation, analytics, and optimization., • Experience managing an Assistant Media Planner preferred., • Exceptional written, verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of employees, vendors and clients., • Ability to write concise, reasoned, and inspired media presentations, and present to clients with confidence., • A demonstrated track record of gaining trust and respect by consistently demonstrating sound creative, strategic, and analytical thinking skills., • Ability to build and maintain strong interpersonal / professional relationships with employees, vendors, clients, etc., • Demonstrated strong command of Media Research resources, capabilities and limitations., • Demonstrated self-confidence (and track record) in championing innovative, bold and game-changing ideas., • Analytical thinker with the ability to apply critical thinking and analysis in writing., • Strong math and analytical skills, with a working comprehension of strategy development and required media math., • Demonstrated understanding of consumer insights and how to put insights into action. Job Description FUNCTIONAL FAMILY THERAPIST - PROGRAM DIRECTOR ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Functional Family Therapy- Adult program is a therapeutic model that operates within its Clinical Services unit and is a strength-based, evidence-informed, culturally responsive intervention program that, at its core, aims to reduce community and interpersonal violence by engaging people in a change process that nurtures hope and strengthens relationships. Specific attention is paid to interfamilial and extra-familial factors, and how they present within and influence therapeutic processes. The Functional Family Therapy- Adult (FFT-A) Director will be accountable for providing day-to-day support, leadership, and general supervision to Therapists and Case Managers. The FFT Director is responsible for maintaining adherence to the Functional Family Therapy - Adult model. FFT-A works with youth between the ages of 22 to 27 who have been referred by the criminal legal system and community-based organizations. The Director will effectively lead, supervise, and support a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and linguistically appropriate community-based recidivism prevention program that focuses on providing counseling and clinical interventions to young adults and families. The Director will assist in the overall functioning of the program with the goal of reducing the number of young adults engaged in the criminal legal system. Specific duties and responsibilities include: • Daily oversight and compliance of the FFT-A program, • Manage clinical core competencies and delegate responsibilities involved in day-to-day FFT-A program operations to allow for efficient and streamlined programming, • Establish, practice, and encourage office norms i.e., use of calendars, checking email, etc., • Assign cases to Therapists and Case Managers, • Monitor, review, and approve all written work produced by FFT-A staff, maintaining compliance with contractual regulations, • Ensure that staff maintain records of all clients and family contacts, • Ensure that staff enter all progress notes and other case information in the web-based monitoring system, • Ensure all counseling sessions, coaching sessions, case notes, and documentation are completed on time and in compliance with the FFT-A model and funding source requirements, • Ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance of FFT-A clinical files and information sharing, • Schedule and ensure staff adhere to FFT-A and ART consultation requirements; participate in consultations, • Schedule home visits in an effective manner and review the team’s weekly itineraries, • Monitor participant feedback on therapeutic impact, progress, and alliance, • Support staff in the utilization of Session Planning Guides and Case Plans, • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to FFT-A Therapists and Case Managers, • Facilitate communication between Therapists and Case Managers through weekly one-on-one supervision with each staff member and hosting weekly team meetings, • Remain up to date on case history and progress of cases to be able to provide adequate supervision on casework practice, • Communicate regularly with staff and troubleshoot issues related to casework with the help of the Director of Clinical Services when needed, • Appropriately follow incident reporting procedures, • Ensure data entry meets contractual requirements, • Establish and maintain safety procedures and proactively address potential risk management exposures, • Ensure appropriate certifications, licensing, and educational requirements are maintained in compliance with applicable regulatory and FFT-A standards and provide professional growth opportunities for staff, • Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Services to ensure that all staff training needs are continually met; The HAPI Division of The New Jewish Home is seeking for a full time Director of Patient Care to join our team. Job Summary: Oversees all clinical operations, performance improvement activities, training and supervision of nursing and field staff and medical compliance issues. Job Description Primary Duties/Responsibilities: The general duties of the Installation, Service and Maintenance Person (ISMP) include the following: • Installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing and operating of:, • Pipe., • Fittings., • Taps on mains of all sizes., • Setting up and mounting patent connection machines and making cuts, service lines of all sizes., • Hydrants and valves (insertion, altitude, regulator, relief, air, main and other)., • Drill rock., • Ram and backfill., • Performs shovel work, etc., • Must follow direction from the Leader of Construction and/or Senior ISMP/Sub Leader., • Repairing and maintaining cutting machines, pip saws, tapping machines, masonry work, rough carpentry work (for trench sheathing and form work), etc., • Operates air compressors and uses pneumatic equipment to break out pavement, drill rock, ram, backfill, etc., • Must operate all types of construction equipment, as assigned., • Assist with the development and training of employees., • Performs other similar or less skilled work, as assigned., • Assists employees of higher classification, as assigned., • Can substitute on the large valve truck based on seniority (will receive same rate of pay)., • Will perform regularly scheduled standby emergency duties - response time is not to exceed 45 minutes.Qualifications Education/Experience/Background: • Must possess a valid state motor vehicle operator's license with CDL Class B air brakes., • Upon management approval, job posting can be amended to obtain CDL Class B within 6 months of starting the ISMP position without CDL., • Must be able to lift up to 90 lbs., • Must have the ability to climb, bend and crawl in tight spaces., • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
