Responsibilities: - Signing up new clients for solar installation - Preparing and reviewing designs for the customer’s solar installation. - Providing customers with quotes and explaining the applicable incentives available - Guiding customers through loan applications - Generating leads Managerial Responsibilities: - Drive Sales Team to exceed their quota monthly - Reach and exceed team monthly/quarterly/annual goals - Aid in the recruitment, hiring, and training of staff. - Analyze data and market trends to identify areas/opportunities for improvement and create value propositions. - Work with cross functional teams (Marketing, Inside Sales, and Design) to drive successful day to day operations. - Supervise direct reports; serve as a leader and mentor, in their professional development and goals. - Coordinate with VP of Sales & Marketing on team growth and strategy development. - Carry out additional duties as assigned by the VP of Sales & Marketing.
