Job Description Sales Representative Sphere Rocket Virtual Assistants Farmers Branch, Texas About Sphere Rocket Sphere Rocket is a virtual staffing platform that connects growing businesses with highly skilled virtual assistants. We help companies scale operations, increase efficiency, and create long-term growth through global remote talent solutions. Our sales team currently includes 12 representatives and is expanding to 20. We are building a high-performance team with strong leadership, inbound demand, and recurring commission potential. We just built out a Brand New 15,000 Sqft space! Position Overview We are hiring a Sales Representative to manage inbound Zoom appointments with business owners and decision-makers actively looking to hire virtual assistants. This is a consultative sales role focused on understanding client needs, presenting our platform, and closing long-term recurring deals. When appointments cancel or no-shows occur, representatives are expected to proactively: • Conduct outbound follow-up to unclosed opportunities across the organization, • Re-engage aged leads, • Prospect and generate additional opportunities, • Maximize daily productivity and revenue generation This is a performance-driven environment for individuals who take ownership of their pipeline. Work Schedule • First 90 days: In-office, full time (Farmers Branch, TX), • After 90 days: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote per week Compensation • $3,500 monthly base salary, • Commissions paid on the life of every deal sold, • Recurring commission structure that builds sustained income, • Average earnings (base + commissions) reach $110,000 per year within 16 months, • High performers significantly exceed this level This structure allows representatives to build long-term recurring income rather than one-time payouts. Key Responsibilities • Conduct inbound Zoom sales appointments, • Identify business needs and recommend appropriate virtual staffing solutions, • Close new client agreements, • Follow up on unclosed opportunities, • Work outbound outreach during no-shows or open calendar time, • Maintain accurate CRM documentation, • Collaborate with onboarding and support teams for smooth client transitions, • Represent Sphere Rocket professionally at all times Event & Travel Opportunities Top performers may have opportunities to: • Travel to industry events and conferences, • Represent Sphere Rocket at seminars and workshops, • Generate leads and close deals at live events, • Expand professional networks within target industries This role offers growth beyond the sales floor for individuals who consistently perform.
