Job Description Position Summary: The CQI Specialist supports organization-wide continuous quality improvement efforts by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting program and operational data to drive improvement. This role partners with program, data management, compliance, and frontline staff to strengthen service quality, support CARF accreditation and regulatory compliance, enhance documentation and program practices, and build a culture of learning and accountability. The CQI Specialist plays a key role in implementing Akin’s CQI framework, supporting data integrity, and equipping teams with actionable insights. SALARY RANGE AND BENEFITS: We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive pay, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off.
