    JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial for supporting our basic office operations and managing our device inventory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, setting up, organizing, and maintaining company computers and phones. This is not a highly technical IT role, but rather focuses on careful handling and basic user-level tech tasks. We welcome both full-time and part-time applicants. Key Responsibilities: • Receive and process delivered PCs, phones, and other related office equipment., • Unbox, organize, label, and prepare devices for staff use., • Perform basic setup of computers and mobile phones, including installing essential applications, connecting to Wi-Fi, and ensuring proper functionality., • Maintain organized inventory of devices, chargers, and accessories., • Keep simple inventory records for all incoming and assigned equipment., • Report any issues or damaged items to management promptly., • Support general office organization and equipment upkeep., • Assist with basic troubleshooting and device resets as needed. Qualifications: • Familiarity and comfort with using PCs, laptops, and smartphones at a basic user level., • Proficient in basic setup tasks and everyday device operation., • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail., • Highly responsible and careful when handling company assets., • Ability to meticulously follow clear processes and instructions., • Punctual, dependable, and professional work ethic., • A quick learner, capable of managing repetitive tasks accurately., • Experience in an office assistant, admin, or device-handling role is a plus, but not required. Salary $8~$20/hour
