Job Description Position consists of general repair and maintenance of a portfolio of properties located in Philadelphia. We are seeking a detailed oriented maintenance technician with exceptional diagnostics and problem-solving skills, and the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations. We are looking for someone with general knowledge of repairs. The technician will be completing work orders for rental units, including residential properties. Responsibilities: • Manage all areas of building maintenance at multiple properties (all within a 2-3 miles radius), • Inspect and prepare vacant units for apartment turnover, • Ensure completion of work orders in a timely fashion, • Candidate will (preferably) have at least 3 years of experience in maintenance, • Deadline and detailed oriented, • Must be able to lift 50 lbs, • Tools required to complete repairs, • Plumbing, • Electric, • Roofing, • Installation, • Appliance repair, • Drywall, • Painting, • The Mechanical Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week Benefits: • Dental insurance, • Health insurance, • 8 hour shift, • Day shift, • Nights as needed, • Overtime
