Job DescriptionCapital Improvements Project ManagerJob Overview TF Cornerstone is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Capital Improvements Project Manager to support the execution of high-impact capital projects across our New York City portfolio. This role is essential in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll collaborate closely with design teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders—managing projects from pre-construction through close-out. As a member of the NJ Facilities Team, the Electrician will • install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, control systems, lighting fixtures, and equipment, • implement minor electrical installations, ensuring compliance with blueprints and specifications, • diagnose and resolve electrical issues and malfunctions efficiently and effectively using various testing devices and tools, • inspect transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components for compliance with safety standards and local building codes, including the National Electrical Code (NEC), • conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to prevent system breakdowns and ensure the long-term reliability of electrical systems, • maintain up-to-date knowledge of the National
