How you will do it: • The Technician II is a progression from Technician I. All levels of Technician - I, II, and III, are responsible for the installation, cleaning, preventative maintenance, trouble shooting, and repair of ice machine equipment as required. Roles + Responsibilities • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients reporting to IN's Head of Business Development, • Consistently meet and exceed defined quarterly and annual individual revenue quotas through proactive deal closing and pipeline execution, • Possess strong knowledge of the B2B experiential space and have the ability to determine the viability of a client, • Bring an established network of senior-level brand contacts within key target industries (tech, finance, fintech) to immediately surface new revenue opportunities, • Support CMO’s sales efforts with communication, scheduling, and preparation of presentation materials, • Proactively target, approach, and close business with key brand targets, • Manage our CRM, Newsletters, and Sales Prospecting software programs Skills + Qualifications • 3+ years sales experience, • BA/BS degree, preferably in communications, marketing, advertising, or related, • Extensive experience with LinkedIn, CRM (Hubspot, SalesForce, etc), and other sales tools, • Knowledge of client/agency relationship landscape in the event marketing space, • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals, • Superior written and verbal communication skills, • A natural networker with an outgoing and professional personality, • Passion for the experiential marketing business, • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to grow business through a mix of cold outreach and relationship development, • Extremely organized & excellent time management, • Able to successfully work remotely during EST hours, or from our NYC office if desired Compensation Full Time salary: 90,000/yr - 110,000/yr *This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, the final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. This role is responsible for developing compelling visual designs that align with brand strategy while ensuring all artwork is production-ready. Key Responsibilities Packaging Design & Development • Design creative and compelling packaging across multiple product categories including tech, beauty, kitchen, outdoor, LED, and general merchandise, • Develop innovative packaging concepts that align with market trends and retail expectations, • Execute packaging from initial concept through final production-ready files, • Ensure all designs meet both brand and retailer requirements Brand Development & Management • Create and develop new private label brands from concept to execution, • Maintain and evolve existing brand identities across product lines, • Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and visual presentation across all packaging Trend Analysis & Creative Direction • Stay current on design, fashion, and packaging trends across relevant industries, • Translate trend insights into commercially viable packaging concepts, • Collaborate with internal teams to align design direction with product and market strategy Production & Technical Execution • Prepare final artwork files for production, ensuring accuracy and completeness, • Develop and manage packaging tech packs, dielines, and print specifications, • Ensure all files meet factory and printing requirements, • Maintain organized file structures and version control for all design assets Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with product development, sourcing, and production teams to execute packaging requirements, • Incorporate feedback from internal teams and retail partners into design revisions, • Support product launches with packaging that enhances shelf presence and customer appeal Qualifications • 3–5+ years of experience in packaging design within consumer goods or retail, • Strong portfolio showcasing packaging across multiple product categories, • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), • Strong understanding of print production, dielines, and packaging materials, • Excellent sense of design, branding, and current trends, • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and file management, • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
