Job Description Responsibilities: • Include but are not limited to the following description or detail complete a broad variety of administrative tasks in an active office environment, • Work with a team of advisors and managers to supplement workload and assist with monitoring of cases, • Handle inbound service requests and ensure proper information is recorded and assigned - Answer phones, send and receive emails, file paperwork and perform necessary research on manufacturer platforms, • Liaise with other internal departments as well as vendors: which includes creating and posting purchase orders., • Schedule appointments and retrieve manufacturer data to aide advisor in optimal customer service, • Update customers on status, post interoffice updates on cases as well as to dealer representatives and manufacturers across several platforms: Asist/ Decisiv/ Outlook, • Assist with invoicing and receipt of payment, • Willing to take on a more important role in a teamwork environment, • Adept at handling situations that may arise in a professional manner, • Demonstrate leadership in a supportive role, • Willing to learn about manufacturer’s equipment via online training to further enhance understanding Skills and Qualifications, • Associates degree minimum, • Cdk preferred but not mandatory, will train, • Microsoft and google proficient, • Excellent oral and written communication skills, • Professional and courteous, • Exceptional interpersonal skills, • Strong attention to detail, • Work independently with attention to time management, • Skilled at technical or “smart” media, • Adept at handling situations that may arise in a professional manner Values: • Leadership qualities, • Maintain a professional appearance and manner of decorum, • Keep work area clean and organized, • Business ethics with commitment to integrity and company policy, • Show initiative by following through on necessary projects and or paperwork on non-routine tasks, • Proactive and curious to perform problem solving tasks, • Positive, friendly and takes pride in all aspects of career, • Willing to set standards with excellence in performance, • Punctual and predictable attendance Compensation and Benefits, • Manufacturer paid training and certifications if applicable, • Competitive pay, • Complete health package/ dental/ vision/ wellness plan, • 401 k, • Life insurance, • Paid Vacation/person/sick leave Schedule: - Multiple shifts available: - Monday to Friday / Tuesday to Saturday/ Nights - Weekend availability - Overtime hours available
