Why Join Our Team? • Competitive pay:$21$24 per hour, • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance, • 401(k) with company match, • Paid Time Off, • Stable MondayFriday schedule (No weekends), • Growth opportunities within our organization What Youll Do • Greet walk-in customers in a professional and welcoming manner, • Answer and direct multi-line phone calls courteously and efficiently, • Check customers in for repairs and complete all required authorization paperwork, • Take and document vehicle condition details at drop-off, • Educate customers on repair timelines, insurance claims, rental processes, and payment procedures, • Provide repair progress updates via text, email, or phone, • Schedule estimate appointments and vehicle drop-offs, • Create Repair Orders (ROs) and prepare necessary file documentation, • Coordinate DRP assignments in a timely manner, • Attend daily production meetings to stay informed on repair updates, • Print final bills and warranties, review warranty coverage with customers, • Collect payments and finalize delivery paperwork, • Encourage and capture customer reviews, • Maintain an organized front office, reception area, and workflow, • Drive vehicles as needed and assist team members where required What Were Looking For • 12 years of customer service experience, • Proficient in Microsoft Office, • Valid drivers license with insurable driving record Working Environment This position operates in a collision repair facility and may involve exposure to: • Paint, fumes, dust, and shop noise, • Varying temperatures Physical Requirements • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, • Frequent standing, sitting, bending, and repetitive motions, • Occasional kneeling or stooping If youre looking for a stable career in a growing company where your professionalism and customer care truly matter, wed love to meet you.
