We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Accounting Administrator to join our growing team. Summary Description: The Service Administrator provides administrative and operational support in a service environment, managing customer service calls, dispatching technicians, processing invoices, and supporting field operations for fire alarm, security, and ERRCS systems. This role ensures smooth coordination between service teams, customers, and internal departments. Position duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative • Handle incoming customer calls and emails regarding service, maintenance, and installation inquiries., • Schedule and dispatch service technicians for fire alarm, security, ERRCS, and MDU-related jobs., • Prepare, review, and process invoices accurately and promptly., • Maintain service records, job files, and project documentation for multiple sites., • Track open service tickets and follow up to ensure timely completion., • Coordinate with construction project managers, property managers, and field technicians., • Support Service Manager with reporting, documentation, and administrative tasks., • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and industry standards. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred., • 2+ years of administrative, dispatching, or customer service experience in construction, fire alarm, security, ERRCS, or MDU environments., • Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite, service/dispatch software, and project tracking tools)., • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills., • Positive Attitude, • Team-oriented with a customer-first approach. Physical Requirements • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer., • Walking Occasionally (0-3 hours/daily), • Standing- Occasionally (0-3 hours/daily), • Frequent telephone usage, must be able to speak and hear well enough to communicate with others., • Ability to think and process information quickly, clearly and accurately., • Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail in a busy office setting with moderate noise levels., • Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs., • Ability to work in a construction office environment where site plans and schedules may require coordination with field personnel.
