Job Description Why Work Here? We are looking for a self-motivated and energetic experienced customer service representative, able to work on site at a client location. Our successful candidate will have a history of customer service experience, excellent interpersonal and communication ability, a high level of emotional intelligence, professionalism and the knowledge and ability to solve technical challenges in a fast-paced environment! Main Responsibilities · Respond rapidly to service calls and produce results to the satisfaction of the customer’s needs and with professionalism · Monitor product requirements (supplies-par levels) and establish proactive delivery of supplies to have on at client site as needed · Support your supervisor’s supply chain and device inventory control · Monitor equipment to insure optimal operation · Schedule and monitor preventative maintenance · Deliver service that creates positive memorable experiences for your clients Basic Qualifications: · High school diploma or equivalent education · Exceptional customer service, organizational and time management skills · Innovative thinker who is a team player and inspires others to achieve goals · Excellent organizational skills with strict attention to detail · Demonstrated hands-on technical aptitude and the ability to learn new technologies The desired candidate must have their own car to travel between multiple locations during the day. Mileage is expensed. Desired Qualifications: · Background in print, copy, scan, fax devices · 3+ year experience with a B2B service provider is a plus · Professional certification is a plus.
