Title:- Meeting/Event Coordinator Duration:- 6 months Location:- Newark, NJ (Hybrid) About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Event Coordinator to join our Corporate Events team. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event planning within a global investment management firm. The Event Coordinator will support the execution of client events that enhance our brand, foster relationships, and drive business objectives. This is a highly administrative position tasked with logistics and team support for the central events team. The Customer Success Lead focuses on both the strategic management of the account (20%) and concentrates on the tactical operations (80%) by working with the operations team to provide optimal services to the account. The CSL must be able to work effectively and efficiently with both the internal support team and external clients. The CSL acts as the liaison and primary contact for the operations team and escalates any issues to the Customer Success Manager (CSM) as necessary. Assist the CSM with building client relationships within the client enterprise including business development, identifying additional service opportunities and continuous process improvement. The Customer Success Quality Associate must work closely with the Customer Success Manager/Director to understand the client’s goals and objectives and provide a return on their investment within each aspect of our services. The CSQA focuses on process management, client deliverables, and data integrity within client portfolios. The Customer Success Quality Associate must work effectively and efficiently with the internal support team, external clients and vendors, while complying with corporate or pharmaceutical guidelines. Job Description POSITION SUMMARY: The Conference & Events Manager (Contract) will serve as the primary manager of four events in IMA's portfolio during a maternity leave coverage period, overseeing end-to-end logistics and operations for a diverse lineup of in-person and virtual events. What You Would Get To Do The Project Manager, Portfolio Specialist will play a pivotal role in delivering high-touch hospitality experiences for the Investment Banking Division of a major financial institution.
