We are dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based support that uplifts individuals and their families. Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Behavior Support Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and implementing behavior support plans, with a specialized understanding of problematic sexualized behavior. This role involves collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to support individuals in achieving their highest level of independence and quality of life. Responsibilities: • Develop, implement, and monitor behavior support plans tailored to individual needs., • Provide consultation and training to staff and caregivers., • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze data to inform intervention strategies., • Collaborate with support teams, including families, direct support staff, and clinical professionals., • Maintain documentation in compliance with regulatory and agency standards., • Participate in team meetings and contribute to person-centered planning. Minimum Requirements: • Masters degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Education (required)., • Specialized training in problematic sexualized behavior (required)., • Current PA State Criminal Background Check, FBI Clearance, and Child Abuse Clearance (required)., • ABA training or certification (preferred but not required)., • Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
