Job Description JOB SUMMARY:The Human Resources Support provides a variety of personnel and administrative functions including employee records, compliance, benefits, and reporting. This role focuses on maintaining accurate HR data, supporting global mobility/I-9 processes, and providing guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:HR Operations & Administration • Maintain and update employee records (manual and HRIS systems), • Collect, compile, and manage confidential HR data and reports, • Ensure data accuracy across internal and external HR systems Compliance & Documentation, • Support I-9 verification and compliance processes, • Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and regulations, • Provide information to authorized personnel/agencies as required Employee Support, • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures, • Support employee services such as recognition programs and work-life initiatives, • Provide guidance across all levels of employees Reporting & Analysis, • Prepare HR reports and personnel statistics, • Analyze HR data including workforce, recruiting, and compensation trends Process Improvement & Collaboration, • Partner with HR teams to improve processes and systems, • Support initiatives to attract, retain, and motivate employees, • Assist in HR projects and process enhancements REQUIRED SKILLS:, • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance, • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality handling, • Good communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to manage and analyze HR data, • Familiarity with HRIS systems PREFERRED SKILLS:, • Experience in Global Mobility processes, • Experience with I-9 documentation and compliance, • Exposure to compensation, benefits, or workforce planning EXPERIENCE:, • Minimum: 2 years of related HR experience, • Entry to mid-level profile (HR Managers/Directors not suitable) EDUCATION:High school diploma required Education: High School Company DescriptionCompunnel Inc., established in 1994; is a leading provider of Staffing, IT/Software, e-Learning/Training, Business Intelligence, and Cloud Solutions.
